भुगतान स्वामित्व घोषणा एवं सत्यापन पोर्टल

This portal allows students to declare a payment made towards the College, generate an official reference number, print the declaration form, and later check the verification status. No student login is required.

यह पोर्टल विद्यार्थियों को कॉलेज के लिए किए गए भुगतान की घोषणा करने, आधिकारिक संदर्भ संख्या प्राप्त करने, घोषणा प्रपत्र प्रिंट करने और बाद में सत्यापन की स्थिति देखने की सुविधा देता है। विद्यार्थी लॉगिन आवश्यक नहीं है।

Enter student and payment details. A unique reference number is generated automatically.विद्यार्थी और भुगतान का विवरण भरें। एक विशिष्ट संदर्भ संख्या स्वतः उत्पन्न होगी।
2. Print & Sign
2. प्रिंट करें और हस्ताक्षर करें
Print the generated declaration. The student, payment owner and Reference / Reference Individual must sign wherever applicable.तैयार घोषणा प्रपत्र का प्रिंट लें। जहाँ लागू हो, विद्यार्थी, भुगतान स्वामी और रेफरेंस / रेफरेंस व्यक्ति के हस्ताक्षर आवश्यक हैं।
3. Bring Physical Documents
3. भौतिक दस्तावेज जमा करें
Submit the signed form with the required self-attested documents to the College for verification.सत्यापन के लिए हस्ताक्षरित प्रपत्र के साथ आवश्यक स्व-प्रमाणित दस्तावेज कॉलेज में भौतिक रूप से जमा करें।

Mandatory Physical Documents

Payment reference document / transaction receipt showing the UTR or Transaction ID.
भुगतान संदर्भ दस्तावेज / ट्रांजैक्शन रसीद, जिसमें UTR या Transaction ID स्पष्ट हो।

Self-attested Aadhaar card copy of the student.
विद्यार्थी के आधार कार्ड की स्व-प्रमाणित प्रति।

Self-attested Aadhaar card copy of the payment owner when the payment is not made from the student's own account.
यदि भुगतान विद्यार्थी के स्वयं के खाते से नहीं किया गया है, तो भुगतान स्वामी के आधार कार्ड की स्व-प्रमाणित प्रति।

Account Details Document of the concerned payment account — Cancelled Cheque or First Page of Bank Statement.
संबंधित भुगतान खाते का खाता विवरण दस्तावेज़ — रद्द चेक (Cancelled Cheque) या बैंक स्टेटमेंट का पहला पृष्ठ।

Any additional document requested by the College during verification.
सत्यापन के दौरान कॉलेज द्वारा माँगा गया कोई भी अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज।
Important: Documents are not uploaded on this portal. The printed declaration and supporting documents must be submitted physically to the College.
महत्वपूर्ण: इस पोर्टल पर कोई दस्तावेज अपलोड नहीं किया जाएगा। प्रिंट किया हुआ घोषणा प्रपत्र और सहायक दस्तावेज कॉलेज में भौतिक रूप से जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
